Seme Ludanga Faustino is the co-founder and Human Resource Manager/Administrator of I CAN South Sudan, a registered Refugee Led organization in Uganda, that engages unaccompanied refugee children in social and musical activities to heal them of trauma. He is a South Sudanese Refugee based in Bidibidi refugee settlement Northern Uganda. Besides being a Church leader, Mr. Ludanga is also the founder and CEO OF Eagle Wings Computer center, Yumbe district northern Uganda, Bidibidi refugee settlement, and Bidibidi Refugee Settlement Football Association-Zone One.

Mr. Ludanga is a talented instrumentalist, song writer, and a vocalist who started his musical journey in 2005 and later co- founded a Gospel Band called “Royal Boyz Gospel Band’ in 2011. He has served as a youth leader for two years in Bidibidi refugee settlement zone. With a vision to see freedom, justice, peace and harmony in the refugee camps of South Sudan, he obtained a certificate in procurement and logistics management from Makerere Biz-Tech in 2015 and has got certificate in servant leadership and trauma healing from Africa Leadership society in 2017.

He was born in 1993 in Kupera Payam, Lainya County Central Equatoria state Juba-South Sudan. He grew up in Yei town and later moved to Uganda as a refugee in in 2016.
